We are always seeking historical interpreters for male and female roles to assist with school programs. These are temporary on call, as needed positions with more hours available in the spring and fall seasons. Interpreters use living history methods to demonstrate and teach the chores, tasks, and jobs that were traditionally performed in rural Maine in the 1800s. Interpreters deliver Journey into History educational programs primarily for school children and for the general public during special events. If interested, please email a resume and contact information for three references to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or, call 207-897-4366 for an employment application.
